us-eastIndexer queue backed up during a maintenance pause. Pages remained editable and visible; only search results were briefly stale. Indexer caught up automatically; we added a queue-depth alert that would page sooner next time.
Hotfix deploy required a sync-engine restart. Active sessions reconnected automatically within ~4 minutes; no edits were lost (every edit was persisted before restart). Deploy procedure has been changed to rolling restarts.
Slack’s webhook endpoint experienced elevated latency on their side. Our retry queue absorbed the backlog; all messages eventually delivered. Confirmed with Slack incident report.
